Mr. Anderson has extensive experience in all aspects of the system development lifecycle with specific emphasis on requirements engineering, configuration management, system testing, and system deployment and installation. He has been responsible for the management and supervision of a large systems organization responsible for software development, facilities maintenance, operations, performance measurement, capacity planning, and resource planning. Most recently he has focused his attention on strategic planning and the measurement of organizational performance and productivity. He holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin, an MA from American University, and has studied at the Defense Systems Management College.
