between industry players." Martin Cullum is the GM of Video Networks (Consumer and Business) within the Technology Development Department of Bell Canada. He is responsible for the introduction of emerging digital video technologies and Home Networking technologies for the Consumer Market including IP Data, Broadcast TV, VOD and iTV. Further, Martin also is responsible for the ongoing development of the Bell Canada contribution video collector network serving major Canadian TV Broadcasters and North American content producers. Martin Cullum joined Bell Canada in 1979. During his career he has held numerous management positions in Network Provisioning, Corporate Engineering & Standards, Technology and Business Development. His responsibilities have included the introduction of the digital voice switching, switched data services, satellite services, fixed wireless data services and digital video broadband services. Martin has also been responsible for the development of various communication standards within the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Martin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Martin is a member of IEEE. He also serves as the Chair of the CABA Board of Directors. | ||||
