Realcomm 2004 and CABA's Intelligent & Integrated Buildings Conference
The theme of this years Realcomm conference was RE.Igniting Innovation:
No More Business as Usual. One of the most noteworthy observations was
that we saw various stakeholders in the NextGen Building marketplace begin
to come together for the first time. It was interesting to watch as each
distinct group met and began to understand that there were other groups
that also felt they were defining what a NextGen building was all about.
With the addition of CABA's Intelligent and Integrated Buildings Conference
audience to the standard Commercial Real Estate audience of Realcomm,
all of the stakeholders that comprise the Intelligent, NextGen Building
marketplace
were able to work together to reshape how we own, manage and operate Commercial
Real Estate.
