The Foundation for California Community Colleges (FCCC), established in 1998, is a nonprofit organization providing technology-related access and training in California. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration awarded FCCC a grant to implement the California Connects Sustainable Broadband Adoption (SBA) grant. The goal of California Connects is to induce broadband adoption through two sustainable broadband adoption programs that emphasize acquiring digital literacy skills through the community college system.
