This report was completed August 2016, following the Energy and Mines Minister’s Conference held in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The report outlines the regulatory framework goals and implementation plans for industrial energy efficiency standards. These standards will encourage market transformation toward generating energy efficient products, while lowering energy and operating costs, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
